Life can be so overwhelming! This blog post is just an uplifting and encouraging blog that I find helps me in the stress of this world.

When we are overwhelmed, that often means we are often led by our feelings and not by our faith. I want to share with you 2 main points to help lead you in the right direction and keep you away from being overwhelmed.

  1. Revelation of heavens plans for you

The word revelation means “a surprising or previously known fact” and in the world of faith, having revelations are heavens plans for you! Hebrews 11:1-3 says “Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. This is what the ancients were commended for. By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible.”

God wants to give you plans for your storm. “By faith Noah, when warned about things not yet seen, in holy fear built an ark to save his family. By his faith he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness that is in keeping with faith.” Hebrews 11:7. Noah in the bible was called to build an ark that would save him, his family, and the animals God needed to be placed on that boat. Imagine if Noah would have been to overwhelmed with the thought of doing this! Noah’s faith is a testament to us, that if he can have a huge faith like he did, we can too! And even if it is the size of a mustard seed!

2. Faith Can Help us Trust and Obey

Count the promises before the problems. So often we get caught up in numbering off our problems and forget what God has blessed us with! When we remember what he has brought us through, we are reminded of the things he will bring us through in the future!

Just remember that your faith, your trust, and your obedience to God can activate his provision over your life.

peace and love,

Sarah Catherine
